  • Is everything you make Organic?

No we are not organic! But, We use the finest natural ingredients we can find. This includes herbs, butters, clay, sea and Himalayan salts, natural oils, natural waxes, plant derived preservatives, plant extracts, aqua and other plant and naturally derived materials

  • Where do you source your materials from?

The majority of our ingredients are sourced from within India. We do research to make sure our ethics align with those we source from.

  • What is the shelf life of your products?

Since  our products are truly all-natural and do not contain synthetic preservatives, they have a shelf-life from 3 to 12 months. All of our products should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. 

To maintain their freshness and stability, all of our products contain natural preservatives. In the rare case that you purchase one of our products and find that it is not at its freshest point, please reach out to us so we are able to assist.

  • What is the best time to apply a facial oil? 

We recommend applying our facial oils as the final step (after cleanser, toner) in your morning and evening routines. The facial oils can be used alongside of or in place of a moisturizer. As a tip, facial oils spread more easily over the skin and absorb quickly when skin is slightly damp.

When applying makeup on top of a facial oil, wait 3 to 5 minutes before applying to allow the oil to sink into the skin. Before makeup application, skin should feel plump and soft, not greasy or slick. We recommend applying 3 to 5 drops of facial oil for best results.

  • I received damaged products, what is your return policy?

Defective and/or damaged products must be reported within 10 days of delivery in order to be replaced. Please notify us by email at bubblefarm23@gmail.com and send a photo of the damaged goods with a description of what is defective/damaged.

  • How to do patch test for the products?

Apply a small amount of product on the inside of your elbow, wrist, or at the back of your earlobe, wait for 12 hours. If you notice any irritation or redness, do not use it further.

  • What to do when I receive melted butters?

Due to changes in temperature at different places , our butters tend to melt but it does not mean that they have gone bad. Store them in fridge and they will harden again.

  • How many days until I receive the parcel?

The number of days varies depending upon your location. It roughly takes 8-9 workings days. If you are located in north east India , it will take roughly 11-14 working days. We ship the products within 5 to 7 days from the date of order

  • Can I cancel or return my order?

Currently, we don’t offer cancellation or return

  • Do you have a retail store?

No, we do not have a physical store
